Wildfire står med ett ben i psykologin och i tekniken med det andra. På så sätt utvecklades smarta och effektiva digitala verktyg. Dessa är lättanvända för kunden och hjälper ledningen att nå ut till hela organisation.
Det räcker inte längre att ledningen inser att kultur är viktigt. Man måste få med sig alla medarbetare!

”Identifiera om du själv är stolt – på riktigt. Kan du sträcka på dig för de värden som du bidrar med till organisationen? Har ni satt upp tydliga mål och riktlinjer så att alla kan känna sig stolta?”

”Genom att bemöta i stället för att bedöma. Fokusera på det som finns och utgå från det, i stället för hur det borde vara. Stötta andras känsla av stolthet.”
